20 MINUTE MAX DISTANCE TEST


(Distance, Endurance)
In 20 Minutes:
- Find max distance on any machine or running.

SCORE: Total distance traveled on any machine or running to the closest 50m mark.
NOTES:
- Distance will depend on machine chosen and will be relative to the athlete.
- Test day that should still be an all-out effort.
- Do not start off at an all out sprint pace and start to fall off hard toward the end. We would encourage a steady, maintainable pace, but not at the expense of missed opportunity for distance here. Find the happy middle.
- Record score to compare to previous test.
