CHAD(Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3, HEROS 3Complete For Time: - 1000 Box Step Ups Rx: 20', 45/35# ruck Rx2: 20', pick a weight to hold (sandbag, DB, weight vest, etc.) Rx3: 20' NOTES - For the class, you will have 50 minutes to complete as many reps as possible. If you are unable to complete 1000 in 50 minutes, THAT IS OKAY! - If you want to finish all 1000, keep rolling and let your coach know.
