12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS II (Time, Int, Sc) For time: 1 wall walk 2 turkish get-ups (35/50 lb) 3 goblet squats (35/50 lb) 4 single arm KB thrusters (35/50 lb) 5 push-ups 6 KB sumo deadlift high pulls (35/50 lb) 7 sit-ups 8 KB swings (35/50 lb) 9 burpees 10 box jumps (20/24 in) 11 pull-ups 12 KB overhead walking lunges/leg (35/50 lb) Rx2: (26/35 lb); (16/20 in) Rx3: (10/15 lb); (12/16 in) Intended Stimulus: - MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! -Aim for roughly 25-35 minutes. -Each movement should be unbroken, so choose weights that allow that.

251224 OPTIONAL STRENGTH (Check In) 5 sets: Sled push (100 ft) (50/90 lb) Sled pull (100 ft) 1:00 sandbag hold at the chest (100/150 lb) – Rest 2:00 between sets. Notes -Add the suggested weight to the sled and use a rope to pull it. Keep the rope on the sled while you push and then use it to pull the sled too. The pull should be a backpedal vs. an over-the-shoulder drag. -Move as fast as possible on the sled push and pull. -Use the heaviest bag possible for the sandbag hold. Hang on for as long as possible, however, you should have to break more than once in each set.

251224 OPTIONAL ACCESSORY (Check In) Accumulate: 100 ring push-ups – Every time you break, perform 10 seated leg raises. Notes -Perform as many ring push-ups as possible. Once you break, perform 10 seated leg raises. Leave around 3 reps in the tank each time, rather than going to failure. Scale the seated leg raise by leaning back or only lifting one leg off the ground at a time.

AT HOME 12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT (Time) 12 rounds for time, starting with 1 and adding a movement each round: 1 wall walk 2 candlesticks 3 burpees 4 push-ups 5 walking lunges 6 air squats 7 sit-ups 8 jumping squats 9 jumping lunges 10 broad jumps 11 handstand push-ups 12 single-leg squats -Perform the workout like the “12 Days of Christmas” song. In round 1, perform 1 wall walk. In round 2 perform 2 candlesticks and then 1 wall walk. In round 3, perform 3 burpees, 2 candlesticks, then 1 wall walk. Continue adding a new movement each round. Rx2: Same as Rx'd Rx3: 12 rounds for time, starting with 1 and adding a movement each round: 1 inchworm 2 candlesticks 3 up-downs 4 push-ups from the knees 5 walking lunges 6 air squats 7 sit-ups 8 mountain climbers 9 jumping jacks 10 broad jumps 11 alternating plank shoulder taps 12 box step-ups (12/12 in) -Perform the workout like the “12 Days of Christmas” song. In round 1, perform 1 inchworm. In round 2, perform 2 candlesticks and then 1 inchworm. In round 3, perform 3 up-downs, 2 candlesticks, then 1 inchworm. Continue adding a new movement each round. -25:00 time cap. Intended Stimulus -20:00-25:00. -Faster paces early and slower paces in the later rounds. -Increasing complexity as the workout progresses. -High dose of localized muscular fatigue in the quads and shoulders.
