INTENDED STIMULUS
- Honoring Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Taylor, who was killed on June 28, 2005, while conducting combat operations in the vicinity of Asadabad, Afghanistan, in Kumar Province.
- 3:00-10:00.
- Maintain sets of 7+ in the first round to go Rx'd or 5+ reps for intermediate athletes.
- High degree of upper-body pressing redundancy that will cause muscular fatigue.
- Aligns with this month's Hero workout focus.
