Fri 121820 Partner Wod (Time, Rx+) Partner WOD “Tailpipe” 2K Row. *Partner A begins rowing, Partner B holds a 45lb/25lb plate overhead with arms locked out. As soon as partner B cannot hold anymore and drops the plate, partner A must stop rowing and both partners do 8 burpees and switch roles. Score is time to complete row.* *MM team does 2000m row. MF team does 1750m row. FF team does 1500m row.* *Set rower to a specific distance workout so that it does not reset during the penalty burpees*
