2026 QUARTER FINAL WORKOUT 2

(Time, Sc, Fnd)
For time, completed anyhow:
80 DB hang squat cleans (35/50 lb)
40 bar muscle-ups
– Use two dumbbells.

Time cap: 15 minutes

Scaled: 80 DB hang squat cleans (20/35 lb)
20 chest-to-bar pull-ups
10 bar muscle-ups

Foundations: 40 DB hang squat cleans (10/15 lb)
30 jumping pull-ups
20 ring rows

Intended Stimulus
-If you are competing in the 2026 Quarterfinals, presented by Velites, remember to read the official standards, requirements, and regulations on the CrossFit Games website.
-7:00-15:00.
-Conflicting movement functions. Expect the bar muscle-ups to be more challenging than you want.
The dumbbell loading should be moderate and allow you to perform consistent sets of 10+ reps.
-Break up the reps of each movement however you like. Be careful here. Different strategies can yield different results. See the whiteboard brief for examples.

CFD is a CrossFit gym full of folks that make you feel right at home. I’m a relatively new member, but it feels like I’ve been a member for years with how welcoming everyone is! Tough workouts are easier when you’ve got good folks suffering
