2026 QUARTER FINAL WORKOUT 1(Time, Sc, Fnd) For time: 10 shuttle runs 20 overhead squats (80/115 lb) 30 lateral burpees over the bar Rest 1 minute 30 lateral burpees over the bar 20 overhead squats 10 shuttle runs – 1 shuttle run is 25 ft out and 25 ft back. Time cap: 12 minutes Scaled: (55/75lb) Foundations: 5 shuttle runs 15 overhead squats (35/45 lb) 20 burpees Rest 1 minute 20 burpees 15 overhead squats 5 shuttle runs Intended Stimulus -If you are competing in the 2026 Quarterfinals, remember to read the official standards, requirements, presented by Velites, and regulations on the CrossFit Games website. -6:00-12:00. -'Gas pedal' workout. In other words, put the pedal to the floor and don't let up on the throttle. -Complete the shuttle runs in 2:00 or less on each set. -The loading of the barbell should be light to moderate and allow you to perform each set of 20 reps in 2 sets or less. -Finish your burpees in 3:00 or less on each set.
