Rx3: 4 rounds for time:

Masters 55+:
5 wall walks

5 wall walks
75 air squats
5 wall walks
50 air squats
5 wall walks
25 air squats

Intended Stimulus:
-7:00-12:00.
-High- and low-skill combination effort.
-Athletes performing the Rx'd volume should be able to complete at least 30 air squats per minute
-Handstand walks in 1:00 or less.
-If floor space is limited, substitute 5 wall walks per 50 ft of handstand walking.
