Ring dips

Rx2: (65/95 lb); Jumping ring dips

Rx3: 15-12-9 reps for time: (35/45 lb);
Foot-assisted rings dips

Intended Stimulus:
-4:00-10:00; advanced athletes may go faster.
-Light-to-moderate cleans completed in no more than 3 sets per round.
-Power or squat cleans are acceptable.
-Ring dips in sets of 3+ to start.
