250222 PARTNER METCON (Time, Rx2, Rx3) For time: 50 hang power snatches (65/95 lb) 200-m run 50 push presses 200-m run 50 strict pull-ups 200-m run 50 sumo deadlift high pulls 200-m run 50 front squats - Split work as needed. - Partners will complete running together. Rx2: (55/75 lb) Rx3: (35/45 lb) Intended Stimulus: -12:00-16:00; advanced athletes push for sub-10:00. -20+ unbroken reps to start each movement; light loading. -Pull-ups in 4:00 or less.
