PARTNER AMRAP 15:
3-6-9-12.. etc.
Pull-ups
Bar-facing burpees
Push jerks (85/115 lb)
- Partner A completes pull-ups while Partner B completes push jerks, then both partners complete burpees together.
-Partners switch on pull-ups and push jerks and complete the round of 3 as described above.
-Rest :30 after the round is completed.

Rx2: 1-2-3-4… etc of Pull-ups, 3-6-9-12.. etc. Bar-facing burpees, Push jerks (65/95 lb)

Rx3: 3-6-9-12... etc. ring rows, Bar-facing burpee step overs, Push jerks (35/45 lb)

Intended Stimulus:
-Finish the round of 12+; advanced athletes finish the round of 15+.
-Maintain sets of 3+ on the pull-ups; 9+ reps per 1:00.
-Maintain a pace of 9+ burpees per 1:00.
-Push jerks in sets of 6+ throughout the workout.
