– Rest remainder of each round.
– Score is slowest round.

Rx2: 25 double unders, 20 handstand shoulder taps
Rx3: 50 single unders, 10 pike shoulder taps

INTENDED STIMULUS
- Double-unders in :30-1:00.
- Handstand walk in 1-3 attempts.
- At least 1:00 minute of rest each round.
