For time:
100 burpees to a target
– Target 6 inches above reach.

Rx2: 75 burpees to target 6' above reach.
Rx3: 50 burpees to target at finger tips when arms are overhead.

INTENDED STIMULUS
- 12:00 or less.
- Short grunt-work style workout.
- Movement volume at about 10 times what athletes can perform in :60.
