11-30-2023 METCON (Reps, Rx2, Rx3) ON A 12:00 CLOCK: - 50-calorie row - 40 KB swings - 30 KB goblet squats - 20 burpees - Max rope climbs Rx/Rx2: 53/35 Rx3: 40 cal, 30 KBS (26/18), 20 goblet squats, max pull to stands INTENDED STIMULUS Score is total rope climbs; athletes should shoot for 4+ climbs. Ideally, athletes will have 2:00+ on the rope. Athletes should shoot to complete the total sets of kettlebell swings, lunges, and burpees without resting and in 2 sets max.
