09-01-2023 METCON (Time, Rx2, Rx3) FOR TIME: - 30 deadlifts - 40 wall-ball shots - 50 KB swings Rx: 225/155, 20/14, 53/35 Rx2: 185/135, 14/10, 35/26 Rx3: 20 reps - 115/75, 30 reps - 14/10 (8/9'), 40 reps - 26/18 INTENDED STIMULUS - 6:00-10:00. - Moderately light loading. - Some advanced athletes will be able to complete this workout with minimal to no rest, while most will need to break each movement up into 3-5 sets.
