- 30 GHD Sit-ups
* Every 2 minutes complete 100’ of side shuffles

Rx2: 40/25, V-Ups
Rx3: 30/15, Tuck-Ups

SCORE: Total number of rounds + extra reps completed.
GOAL: > 3 rounds
NOTES: High volume on each movement today, so be sure to break up earlier than you think you should. Giving yourself that earlier, shorter rest will save you from standing around too much later in the workout!

Choose scaling options that allow you to bite off big chunks, even when fatigued.
