Less than 8 Minutes. NOTES: - Quick couplet with a stimulus similar to Fran. This will get grippy! - Hang power snatches should feel moderately light at a weight that allows for unbroken sets, although we may strategically choose to break these up at no more than 3 sets per round. - If we know our grip is gonna give out, let's break up the toes-to-bar/hanging knee raises early so we don't burn out and have to rest too much!
