- :40 air squats
- Rest 3:00.

Rx: 50/35
Rx2: 40/25, Mod. single leg squats
Rx3: 30/15, Mod. single leg squats

SCORE: Total Reps Completed
GOAL: Move your body to get at least 100 reps total
NOTES:
- 6+ single-leg squats, 12+ DB squats, and 20+ air squats each round.
- Moderate to heavy DB loading.
- Reduce loading and/or scale to using one DB to meet the stimulus described above. Scale the single-leg squats to step-back lunges or other options as needed.
