INTO PART B… Rx: 53/35, 95/65 Rx2: Toes-to-Hips, 44/25, 75/50 Rx3: 45 v-ups/sit-up, 35/18, 55/35 SCORE: Total rounds + reps completed GOAL: ~7 rounds NOTES: Break down your toes to bar to manageable sets earlier than you think you should. You shouldn’t ever get to a point where you are having to do sets of singles. For the AMRAP, choose a weight on BOTH movements that can be done unbroken on that first set, and then manage the following rounds into two sets for each movement. The break should be short and just enough to quickly catch you breath and shake out before picking it right back up.
