3-14-2023 METCON (Rounds, Rx2, Rx3) 10 MIN AMRAP OF: - 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats - 8 Kettlebell Push Press (4/arm) - 6 Box Jump Overs Rx: 53/35, 24/20 Rx2: 44/30, 24/20 (step ups allowed) Rx3: 35/25, any other height box SCORE: Number of rounds + reps completed GOAL: >7 rounds NOTES: This one is meant to be a barn burner. Take everything you got in the tank, push the pedal down to the metal and let the rubber burn. Each round in this should be taking you about 1:00-1:30. Each movement should be something you have the capacity to hold on to without having to break the movement into lots of sets, but if you need to, break earlier and maintain no more than 2 sets for each movement.
