It’s gonna be tough, but you can get this done in less than 3 minutes if you buckle down and push past the discomfort. On the swings and burpees, find a steady and consistent pace where you don’t have to ever rest and can simply grind away at each rep. Scale back the weight if needed tJ accomplish that goal.
