Tuesday June 28 22 Metcon (Time) 83 Wall balls for time: (20/14) *run 100m every time an athlete does not go unbroken. Metcon should be fast and furious. When an athlete either drops the wall ball or rest for more than 5 or 6 seconds send them out on the run. Athletes should be trying to fight for bigger sets but shouldn't aim to just hold wall balls when fatigued to avoid running.
