Wednesday June 22 22 Metcon (Time) 4 Rounds: 3 Wall Walks 9 burpee/airsquat/ box jumps …rest 4 min… Then 30 Back squats at 75% Bodyweight * the burpee/airsquat/box jump os exaclty how it sounds. Athlete will do a burpee, then an airsquat, into a box jump and the combo of those 3 movements will equal 1 rep. Score will be time at end of backsquats.
