Friday June 10 2022 Team Relay(Check In) Team Relay Race-Cardio Style Round 1 400m run losing team 15 synchro burpees Round 2 500m row losing team 15 synchro burpees Round 3 1200m bike losing team 15 synchro burpees * Have teams run then allow time for burpees and then setup for next 'event.' Try and split/ pair teams evenly. If less than 4 people in class have them perform each event for time with about 2-3 minutes in between each event. If there are more than 8 people, split into 3 team. And, if there is an odd number depending on size, have a team member go twice if possible. One member from each team works at a time while other members rest.
