- MIN. 2: 6-8 burpees over DB
- MIN. 3: 12-16 alternating DB snatches

* Modify row to achieve in ~ :40 or less, and all movements should take ~ :40 or less.
* Choose a DB weight that is moderate-light, not moderate-heavy or heavy.
* Modify burpees to up downs first, then lower the reps if needed.
