For Time w/ Partner:
PART A:
- 400m run
- 60 tire flips
- 400m run
....Rest 2 min.... then….
PART B:
- 200 Double unders
- 30 Partner Deadlifts (200/135)
- 200 Double unders

*Deadlifts are to be performed by both athletes at the same time using the same bar. Rx for one Male athlete is 200# and Rx for one female athlete is 135#. Therefore, if a team is M/M total should = 400#, if a team is F/F total should = 270#, and if a team is M/F total should = 335#.
