Lean On Me (Reps) 2 person teams - 3 segments - 'Death By' style, 1 person working at a time A) Power Snatch (95/65) B) Chest To Bar Pull-ups C) Push Jerk (135/95) Beginning at 10 reps per group in the first minute, add 2 reps per minute until unable to complete allotted amount of reps within the same minute. Rest 1 minute between elimination (i.e. knocked out on round of 22 power snatches, next minute is rest, then the minute after begin 10 C2B pull-ups as a pair).
