This week is a make-up week/last week of the program. If you missed a week, use this week to 'make-up' a missed week of the program. If you're comfortable and ready to go, then this is your opportunity to either build for one more week or go for a new 1RM. Be aware, next week we will also be taking time to go for a 1RM for those that were not able to do so this week.

If you set a new 1RM PR don't forget to add that into your benchmarks tab under your profile so you have that recorded for future reference!
