- 2 @ 70%

*** Find your WORKING MAX by taking your 1RM and multiplying it by 90% (.90). That will be your WORKING MAX. Use that number to multiply the rest of your percentages for each set. Each week we will add 15-20 lbs for each weight on the DEADLIFT.
