3 sets of Max Effort Pull-Ups:
Take up to 3 min. rest between sets if
needed.
A set may involve hanging, but not coming off the bar

** If you are prone to rhabdo-like soreness with large sets, take note and adjust reps accordingly.
** Enter total reps for score and in the notes enter per set. EG) 12-13-11

** Scaling Options:
a. Dead Hang (10-15 sec)
b. Flexed Arm Hang (10-15 sec)
c. 3-5 negatives for 3-5 sec. each
