Bill. -Each round in under 5:00. -Complementary movement functions to promote hard efforts. -Rope climbs in under 2:30. -Back squats in under 2:30; moderate loading to allow for unbroken reps to start and no more than 3 sets towards the end.

260529 OPTIONAL STRENGTH (Weight) For load: Bench press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 – Last set should be the heaviest set. Notes -Welcome to week three of this Strength II cycle, where we will continue to bench press for four weeks. -Find a heavy 1-rep bench press for the day. -Use a spotter for this session if possible. If you are alone, be sure not to push to failure and be smart about the load you are lifting.

With any remaining time in the 3-minute window, rest and prepare for the next set. -If you have limited experience on the GHD, scale the reps and range of motion to match your capacity. -If you do not have a GHD, perform weighted sit-ups.
