Scaled:
1 rope climb or attempt
7-10 GHD sit-ups to parallel

Foundations:
7 rounds for time:
2 lying pull-to-stands
10 AbMat sit-ups
15 penguin taps

Masters 55+ option:
10 rounds for time
1 rope climbs (15/15 ft)
15 AbMat sit-ups
15 double-unders

Intended Stimulus
-14:00-20:00.
-Rope climbs in under :45.
-GHD sit-ups in under :30.
-Double-unders in under :30.
-Set up equipment to be as efficient as possible to avoid losing time in transition.
-Expect the sit-ups to make the rope climbs more challenging.
