30 double-dumbbell front-rack box step-ups (20/20 in)
200-meter run
– Break up the farmers carry and box step-ups as needed. Complete the runs together.

Rx2/Masters 55+: 20/35lb

RX3: 12/12in, 18/20lb

Intended Stimulus
-3-5 rounds.
-Farmers carry in 1-2 efforts throughout the workout; 1 short break if needed.
-Box step-ups in less than 2:00.
-Run in around 1:00.
-This workout should challenge the grip.
