251202 AT-HOME WOD (Time) At-home option: 5 rounds for time: 5 shuttle runs 12 double-dumbbell bent-over rows (35/50 lb) 15 push-ups – Shuttle run is 25 ft out and back.

251202 OPTIONAL STRENGTH (Check In) 10 sets: Sled push (75 ft) (50/90 lb) Sled pull (75 ft) – Rest 1:00 between sets. Notes -Add a rope or a ring + strap to the sled to pull it, and then keep the rope or ring on the sled while you push. The pull should be a backpedal, not an over-the-shoulder drag. -Feel free to add additional load to the sled as long as you can keep moving.

251202 OPTIONAL ACCESSORY (Check In) EMOM 12: Min. 1 | 15 GHD sit-ups Min. 2 | 2 Turkish get-ups Notes -Complete all GHD reps unbroken; scale range of motion and/or reps if necessary. -If you don’t have a GHD, perform weighted sit-ups (14/20 lb). -Perform one Turkish get-up on each arm. Increase the loading as you are able, but focus on technique first.
