50-40-30-20-10 reps for time w/ a partner:
Ring rows
Walking lunges
AbMat sit-ups
Box jumps

Rx2/Masters 55+: 40-30-20-10 reps

Rx3: 30-20-10 reps for time:

Intended stimulus:
-Less than 25:00.
-This workout is inspired by Annie, so aim for unbroken sets of all movements.
-If unbroken sets are not possible, try for no more than three sets of each movement in the rounds of 50 and 40, no more than two sets in the rounds of 30 and 20, and try to go unbroken in the round of 10.
-The lunges can be performed out and back, or carry your AbMat with you and do the sit-ups wherever you end up.
