25 power snatches (55/75 lb)
50 double-unders
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Rx2/Masters 55+: 25 power snatches (45/55 lb)
25 double-unders
10 pull-ups

Rx3: 15 hang power snatches (35/45 lb)
50 single-unders
10 ring rows

Intended stimulus:
-9:00-12:00.
-Mental toughness with grip interference.
-Light weight on the snatches to encourage unbroken sets.
-Unbroken snatches and pull-ups for as many rounds as possible to challenge grip.
-Even if you hit the wall later on.
-No more than 3 sets of each movement per round
