Intended Stimulus:
-5-10 rounds of the AMRAP.
-Then, build to a heavy 1-rep squat clean.
-Squat cleans in 1:00 or less.
-Moderate to heavy barbell loading.
-Pull-ups in under 1:00 and 3 sets or less.
