Rx2: (95/135 lb) Rx3: (35/45 lb); 200 m Intended Stimulus: -10-30+ total snatches. -Each run in 2:00 or less, leaving about 1:00 for snatches. -Loading should be moderate to heavy. Most should perform singles. -Athletes may power or squat snatch.
