(Reps, Sc, Fnd)
4 rounds for reps:
1:30 shuttle runs
1:30 alternating DB snatches (35/50 lb)
1:30 hand-release push-ups
1:30 calories on any machine
– 1 shuttle run is 25 ft out and 25 ft back.

Rx2: (20/35 lb), elevated push-ups
Rx3: (10/15 lb), push-ups from knees

INTENDED STIMULUS
- Continuous movement on the shuttle runs and calories.
- 20+ dumbbell snatches each minute.
- 20+ push-ups each minute.
- Same format as Fight Gone Bad, but with a partner!
- Choose loads and movement options that allow for continual movement.
