(Rounds, Rx2, Rx3)
AMRAP 20:
10 push presses (75/115 lb)
10 kettlebell swings (35/53 lb)
10 box jumps (20/24 in)

Rx2: 65/95, 26/44
Rx3: 35/45, 18/26, 12/20

Notes
- 8-20 rounds.
- Complete all rounds in 2:00 or less, with advanced athletes pushing to keep each round closer to 1:00.
- Aligns with this month’s focus on Hero workouts.
- Unbroken sets for the entire workout.
- Pace at the start to avoid going failure during this workout. Choose a pace that allows you to keep moving with minimal rest breaks.
- Consider resting at the top of each box jump to catch your breath before going into your next rep without adding too much time to your round. Stepping down is typically safer than rebounding, and will likely result in a similar time.

Exactly the amount of motivation and camaraderie I was looking for. I love going into the gym and the workout is there for you, the coach is there to get you through it properly, and the people on your left and right make it a much more enjoyable

CrossFit Dahlonega is my second home. I came to CFD 10 years ago looking for a place to workout not even knowing what a barbell was since I had never really been in a gym before, but what I got here was way more than what I came here looking for.

I’ve been at CrossFit Dahlonega for almost six years now, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The coaching is top-notch, but what really sets CFD apart is the community. The people here are supportive, encouraging, and genuinely make

CrossFit Dahlonega is more than a gym. I’ve learned about functional fitness and challenged myself in so many ways, but I’ve also found community. From the gym owners to the gym members, each person I’ve met since I joined 3 years ago has e
