3:00 toes-to-bars
3:00 single arm alternating DB hang snatch (35/50 lb)
3:00 wall walks
3:00 tire flips
– Either 400/500m row OR 1,000/1,250m airbike at the start of each 3:00 interval.

Rx2: hanging knee raises, 18/26, 750/950m airbike

INTENDED STIMULUS:
- Do lots of reps.
