- 30 Wall-Balls (20/14)
- 400-m run

Rx+: C2B; 30/20# Ball
Rx2: Jumping Pull-Ups; 14/10# Ball

– Divide pull-ups and wall-ball shots evenly, and run together.

INTENDED STIMULUS:
- 18:00-25:00.
- Pull-ups in :40-1:00.
- Wall-ball shots in 1:00-1:30.
- Runs in 1:45-2:15.
