Rx2: 24/20 Rx3: 12” box; knee push-ups INTENDED STIMULUS - 1:00 or more to row every round with 15/10+ calories each effort. - Box jumps and push-ups each in under :30. - 1:1 work-to-rest ratio to allow for sprint efforts.

20242002 OPTIONAL SKILL (Check In) 4 Sets: - 100-ft handstand walk - 1:00 plank hold – Rest 2:00 between sets. NOTES: - Perform the plank on your hands or your forearms. - If you are unable to walk on your hands or you know you will struggle with the volume, reduce the handstand walk distance or give yourself 1:00 to walk as far as you can. Scale to 50 alternating shoulder taps if you are unable to walk on your hands

20242002 OPTIONAL COMPETE STRENGTH (Weight) For Load: - Back squat 10-8-8-6-6 NOTES: - Welcome to week four in our Strength II back squat cycle; this is a de-load week. - Use a weight in each set so that you can maintain solid technique with very little deviation. This loading will vary for each athlete. - Perform a new set every 3:00.
