12-26-2023 OPTIONAL COMPETE STRENGTH (Weight) 10-8-6-4-2-4-6-8-10 REPS FOR LOAD: Bench press – Rest 2:00 between sets. NOTES - Increase load across as many sets as possible. - The middle set of 2 should be your heaviest set. Then, shoot for heavier loads on the repeat sets. - Begin the first set at 60% of your 1-rep-max bench press. - Rest 2:00 between sets. - Those without pegs or blocks should perform 7×3 with a 2 second pause at the bottom
