7-2-2023 METCON (Time, Rx2, Rx3) 3 ROUNDS FOR TIME OF: - 8 push-up + lateral plank walk over plate - 12 plate burpees - 30/20 cal air bike Rx: 45/35 Rx2: 35/25, 25/17 cals Rx3: 25/15, 20/14 cals SCORE: Total time to complete GOAL: Less than 15 minutes NOTES: Each round should be less than 5 minutes. Be wary of the push-up and overs, they are sneaky tough. Test out these movements so you can know when to rest or how to break them up as needed so you don’t burn out too quickly on the start. The plate burpees are a burpee with the chest hitting the plate and then taking the plate all the way from ground to overhead! Be careful to get a good grip before you rip. 🫣
