5-24-2023 METCON(Time, Rx2, Rx3) 3 ROUNDS FOR TIME OF: - 20 GHD Sit-Ups (or T2B) - 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs - 20 Wall Balls Rx: GHD/T2B, 24/20, 20/14 Rx2: V-Ups/T2Hips, 24/20 (step ups allowed), 16/12 Rx3: Sit-Ups/Knee Raises, 20/16 (step ups allowed), 12/10 SCORE: Time to finish GOAL: Less than 18:00 NOTES: For this one, the GHD should take about 1:30 or less and the same goes for the wall-balls. For the burpee box jumps, the time domain is about 2:00. This one is NOT a sprint for most athletes. Let's start steady and consistent, maintain that uncomfortable but maintainable pace and finish strong, trying to be consistently the same time on each round.
