04-20-2023 METCON(Time, Rx2, Rx3) 5 ROUNDS FOR TIME OF: - 10 Hand Stand Pushups - 30 DB Snatch - 50 Double Unders Rx: 50/35, HSPU, DU Rx2: 40/25, Box Pike, DU Attempts Rx3: 30/15, Pike/HRPU, Singles SCORE: Total time to complete all 5 rounds GOAL: Aim for less than 25 minutes NOTES: Today is a day where we are moving, and not with any wild or crazy intensity, unless you are feeling fresh and like you've got that in the tank. Instead today should be a day to just come in and move your body. If need be, lower weight, modify movements, whatever needs to be done, but aim to be moving for no less than 15 minutes, but no more than 25. Have fun with it!
