MIN 1: 150 Meter Run OR 200m Row
MIN 2: 6-10 Handstand Pushups OR Barbell Push Press
MIN 3: 10-15 Pull Ups OR 6-10 Strict Pull-Ups

Rx: 115/80
Rx2: Box Pike, 95/65, Bands
Rx3: Hand Release Pushups, 75/50, Jumping Pull-ups

SCORE: Did you move and work hard for 15 minutes?

NOTES: This is more of a pick your own adventure for today. Choose options that are going to challenge you, but that you will be able to complete while still having at least :15 left to rest before moving on to the next movement. For those competing tomorrow in Dawson's Comp, use this as an active recovery WOD and go through the motions without smashing the intensity.
