- 1:00 plank on top of toes
- 8 strict ring dips
- :30 seated L-sit
- 8 1/2 DB Turkish get-ups (4/side)
- 20 seated L-sit taps over DB

NOTES: Select versions of each exercise that challenges you to possibly not be able to do it unbroken. Go for as large of sets as possible so long as maintains good movement patterns. The focus is on QUALITY not SPEED.
