* Have athletes burpee over a single dumbbell but push press two dumbbells. Also, allow the scoringto be total rounds completed. If an athlete finishes 2.5 rounds in first 4 minutes then instruct them to start where they left off in the 6 min amrap to continue the count of rounds. Intention is to sprint during the armrap(s) because there is alotted rest.
